Create or Modify a Graduate Academic Policy or Document

Please contact the Office of the Provost, the Graduate School, or the Office of the Faculty Senate Chair for assistance before submitting this request.

Process Steps

  1. AA (Approval is required from Academic Affairs.)
  2. OUR (Approval is required from the Office of the University Registrar.)
  3. GC (Approval is required from the Graduate Council.)
  4. UCC [N] (The University Curriculum Committee is notified of the request.)
  5. FSSC (Approval is required from the Faculty Senate Steering Committee.)
  6. Senate (Approval is required from the Faculty Senate.)
  7. AA (Approval is required from Academic Affairs.)
  8. GS [N] (The Graduate School is notified of the request.)
  9. OUR [N] (The Office of the University Registrar is notified of the request.)
  10. OIPR [N] (The Office of Institutional Planning and Research is notified of the request.)

  • Contact the Office of the Provost or the Office of the Faculty Senate Chair for requested documentation.
